網(wǎng)約車(chē)新政強(qiáng)制八年報(bào)廢
近日，記者從權(quán)威人士處獲悉，《網(wǎng)絡(luò)預(yù)約出租汽車(chē)經(jīng)營(yíng)服務(wù)管理暫行辦法》最快將于5月初出臺(tái)，最遲5月底出臺(tái)。業(yè)內(nèi)人士表示，新政對(duì)私家車(chē)做網(wǎng)約車(chē)提出限制，滴滴、優(yōu)步、易到等私家車(chē)加盟模式的專車(chē)平臺(tái)或?qū)⒃庥鰪?qiáng)力約束。

《網(wǎng)絡(luò)預(yù)約出租汽車(chē)經(jīng)營(yíng)服務(wù)管理暫行辦法》對(duì)網(wǎng)約車(chē)平臺(tái)、車(chē)輛、駕駛員都提出具體要求，網(wǎng)約車(chē)平臺(tái)需要在某地登記，需要取得《道路運(yùn)輸經(jīng)營(yíng)許可證》;網(wǎng)約車(chē)車(chē)輛使用性質(zhì)登記為出租客運(yùn)，需要取得預(yù)約出租汽車(chē)的《道路運(yùn)輸證》;駕駛員要取得《道路運(yùn)輸從業(yè)人員從業(yè)資格證》。
