　　This summer vacation is somewhat different from previous years. Like before, when we had a break, we would definitely have three days of fun, but this year is different.

　　On the night after the exam, we only went out for a meal. The next day, as I was about to relax, I was overwhelmed by a large amount of exercises and materials that my mother had bought for preview and review before the exam. After breakfast, I reviewed and previewed a unit of math and English. As my foundation was not very good, it was difficult to directly preview the new lesson. So we adopted the method of reviewing first and then previewing. My mother also became my one-on-one tutor for the forty days of summer vacation.

　　Every morning, my mother and I have a study period of three hours and fifty minutes, which ends at eight to eleven fifty. At noon, we can take a two-hour break, have lunch at my grandmother's house, play some chess, and sometimes take a nap. English and math were always with me all morning, although sometimes I lost confidence in learning math and English, my mother always encouraged me with full enthusiasm and gave me confidence. Gradually, I feel that doing math problems has become easier now, unlike before when I found them difficult. English has also become easier, especially when it comes to reading problems. I translate faster and more accurately, and most importantly, my accuracy has also increased significantly!

　　In the afternoon, I usually hand it over to students majoring in Chinese and political history, which is also the time for me to relax and study throughout the day. When memorizing English vocabulary and learning mathematical concepts, sometimes I don't want to face difficulties, but my mother told me that when we encounter difficulties, we should be brave enough to face them instead of choosing to escape.
