foodoir 食憶錄

Foodoir is a memoir1 that includes recipes or that is focused on food, meals, or cooking.  “食憶錄”是一種包含食譜，或者重點(diǎn)講述食品、飯菜和烹飪方法的回憶錄。   In more sentimental2 varieties of the foodoir, the author embarks3 on an emotional journey, returning to his or her ancestor’s roots. Many have recipes, too.  “食憶錄”也有更感性的方式，作者在文中開(kāi)啟一段感人歷程，返回老家尋根，其中很多也有菜譜。
